Customer Success Manager

You will directly work with customers to improve their experience with the platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage existing customers proactively to assist with projects.
  • Train new users and provide updates when new features are released.
  • Document customer feedback and feature requests.
  • Develop and improve processes for customer support and training.
Requirements
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science
  • Some experience in programming (e.g. Capstone in CS)
  • 3+ years of experience working with technical enterprise customers
